1) Why do I need an account?
We require each client to have an account in order to ensure your gallery and information is private, and it helps us keep track of your gallery and orders. By creating an account, all of your photo galleries, your favorites, your orders, contact us, and so forth will be kept under your account. On future visits, once you login everything will be available under the MANAGE MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of the screen in orange text.

2) How to create my account?
On the home page, please CREATE AN ACCOUNT near the lower right hand corner of screen, (you may have to scroll down) using your email address and by entering/creating your own private password. Once you have created your account, you will just have to login on future visits.

3) How to access my photo gallery?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, create your account first per the above instructions, then you will be ask to enter your GALLERY ACCESS CODE and your gallery will appear shortly. Click on the thumbnail of the gallery to open the gallery and begin enjoying your photos. On future visits, you will not need to enter the access code, but can access your account/photos by clicking on the MANAGE MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of the screen in orange text.

4) How to view my photos?
Once you have entered your photo gallery, you will see pages of thumbnails, approximately 40 to a page, that you can view. Click on one of the thumbnails and it will give you an enlarged view of this image and a complete product selection list for your order. Above each enlarged image is a scrolling feature allowing you to move to the next or previous image. Also, if you have a package product, coupon, or print credit, you will see the selection bar above this larger image that you will need to select for that specific product.

5) How to select my favorites?
Under each photo in the thumbnails or on the ordering screen there is a SMALL RED HEART. Clicking on this RED HEART will either add it to or delete it from your favorites. If the RED HEART has a small check mark over it, this image is in your favorites. Be careful to click only once to select it as a favorite, repeated clicks will result in multiples of this image in your favorites folder.

6) What is My Photos?
My Photos is the photo galleries that you have secure and limited access to.

7) Will the photos I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your photos will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

8) I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password link on the login screen.

9) I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have not created an account, you will not be able to select or order prints from our e-commerce sight. Only account holders with access codes will have this privilege. So if you just want to show others your photos you can share the access code with them, but they will not be able to order or select favorites, etc.

10) I don't see an answer to my question? What to do?
